Smile and eye contact, the most powerful flirting tools available, 

Before we proceed I want you to get up from wherever you may be, go look in the mirror, play a song,  one that makes you feel an abundance of confidence, suave, and sexiness.

Smile and give yourself a seductive glare, 

         Take a good look at yourself because this will be what the person you are trying to attract will be looking at.

Now that we got that out of the way, The girl you've had an eye for is finally alone, what do you do? 

compliment her right away? give her an awkward glare and walk away? of course not.

If you have been reading my previous articles, 

first thing you must do is key " First impressions are priceless"

if you haven't read PART:1 and INTRO then i recommend you do so.

Now that you have been practicing your eye contact, smile, and small talk skills,

you are ready to go in. If you are not good at eye contact, you may practice 

a method called triangular gazing, where you look at one eye, then the other, and finally her mouth.

Practice that for awhile, approach her by sitting next to her or standing by her, you can open up by asking a simple question, what is she reading? asking for help with something and 

leading to another topic from there, for example asking her if she's from the area 

because you're not to familiar with it, DON'T ask where she lives, unless you wan't to have a catastrophe, don't forget you just met the person you don't want to start with to much details just yet.

                                         

After you broke the ice with the small talk, wrap it up, ask to exchange numbers

or what I like to do is keep cards with my name and number on it with something clever

on the back or bottom, women love creativity. 

If she decides to call/text you first after the card it's a definite answer she is interested in you, keep everything mildly short, get to know her some, enough to ask her on a date.   After she has accepted to taking her out on a date, take her somewhere somewhat fancy, women love feeling special and more than anything LOVE dolling themselves up.

After you see her, immediately smile and give her a light compliment like 

"wow, i love what you wore 

tonight,  really compliments your hair." 

You want to start breaking down her walls slowly, you can give her light taps or playful punches,

it's a playful way to flirt but DON'T overdue it.

 If you and her have things in common like sports or something that involves winning you can place a bet,  you wan't to say something a long the lines of "if i win i'm not telling you, it's a surprise, for me to know and you to find out."

you just struck her curiosity and you have a dash of mystery on your plate now.
